Tips for Safely Approaching Prenatal Yoga

The first 3 months of pregnancy is a very delicate time where the body needs a lot of nurturing and less forcing or pressure. But after the first 3 months, you also have to be very careful when it comes to doing yoga postures and breathing practices. Here is some guidance to set you off on the right foot.
