I’ve heard a thousand times: “I eat right, I only eat organic, my diet is great, but still I don’t seem to have any energy”. Guess what? That’s because food is not a great source of energy! Yes, it is a part of what we need for nourishment and energy, but really a very small part in the grand scheme of things. In this video I discuss why food isn’t the best source of energy or nutrients, and where else you should be looking for these things.
