Yogi Cameron: Ten Commitments
October 23, 2016 @ 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm BST
Deeper Yogic practices will always challenge us to go beyond our boundaries so we can grow inwardly and not just outwardly. Our mind has a certain capacity and always wants more but our soul is the main driving force which is here to live through its purpose. When we go deeper into mental and physical practices and gain universal knowledge of the truth, life tends to become more interesting and more bountiful.
Here we will go into 10 commitments we should make to ourselves so we can evolve on a body, mind and spirit level.
Abstentions are what we should cut out or do less of.
Observances are what we should be practicing.
Yogi Cameron first started practicing Yoga in Paris at the Sivananda Ashram in 1987. After being mentored in natural medicine until 1999, he embarked on becoming certified in Yoga at the Integral Institute in New York City as well as the Sri Satchidananda Ashram. His continued training in Ayurvedic medicine, yoga and meditation have been through his guru Sri Vasudevan in Kerala, and also through the International School of Ayurveda in Puna, India. Yogi Cameron works with individuals and groups throughout the world to provide them with these ancient healing and lifestyle guidelines so people
can start to live healthier and more spiritually-conscious lives. When our body and mind work in balance through the guidance of our spirit, anything we want to achieve becomes possible.
