This practice supports you in health and wellness, giving you the feeling of joy and contentment. From here your mind will open up to higher thoughts of us and not just I.

What a great example of the Sun Salutation practice. An invigorating change from the sun salutations as I have done in gym yoga classes, which have to my experience always been performed very slowly along with the instructor. This way really helps to reve the body up for the day. The setting is just gorgeous and inspiring as well. Thank you!
