Hello Yogi Cameron and staff, I’ve been so inspired by Cameron’s story.I was my mother’s caretaker after she suffered a massive stroke, I walked away from a job I loved to take care of her for 3 years. After she passed I became so depressed and not responding to anythingor no one.I saw Yogi Cameron on Ellen and I’m looking at him right now on Dr. Oz, I’ve been so motivated by all the info he’s introducing to everyone.I’ve been so interested in learning about the Ayurvedic culture.I’m 50 yrs old now and I hope that he could possibly send some info my way or give me some suggestions on what books to start with etc.I’m wishing that I could be one of the lucky ones to win an autographed copy of his new book on my birthday 1/28/11, Love and Light.

Great segment on Dr. Oz. I am a very healthy female, love to exercise and only eat fresh, whole foods and feel proud to maintain excellent health and need no meds. I did injur my knee 5 months ago, however, from a hard fall from a bike while vacationing. I could do little exercise for three months – concentrated on upper body with weights and gradually getting better on stationary bike. Finally frustrated at not improving, I saw ortho doctor here and he scheduled physical therapy. This was very helpful. Still, though, I am wondering about the numbness in the knee, still the very dark discoloration and it being very sore on occasions – probably when I do too many squats. Today, I did an excellent Spin class and knee is good. Mechanics of knee good, but cannot bend it fully back, therefore, very difficult to do yoga. Cannot put weight on kneecap, so I try to improvise. I am so interested in getting my knee to comply with yoga and wonder about the numbness. The ortho doctor did say that I may never regain entire feeling. After watching Dr. Oz on a numbness segment today, I feel there must be something to help. Again, thank you for all of your work and I look forward to reading through your website and learning more from you.
    Sincerely,
    ~~Phyllis Martin

    Dear Yogi:
Life can go on and many things happen to us until our body speaks to us, if we don’t listen and take the hints, it will scream to us for what it needs! This is what is happening to me, I need the guidance to feed my soul and body, to be healthy and happy again.
I’m so grateful for your advice on the Dr. Oz show. I’m, so much looking forward to learn from you, hopefully I’m so lucky to win the autographed book!
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you so much!!!

    - I am 50 y.o.
    - I am inspired by the message from Yogi Cameron

I am on the beginning of my path toward learning more about him and Ayurvedic culture. Would you like to do it together ?
